Draft Schedule:

Tuesday 27 October Arrivals and unpacking

Wednesday 28 October practice and introduction of programs to Municipaility and the Guides

Thursday 29 October Introductory ceremony and parade or procession

Friday 30 October School demonstrations all day.  (Some might occur on Thursday as well after ceremony)

Saturday 31 October Camp open to public and demonstrations, militiary and civilian

Sunday 1 November Further demonstrations, Closing ceremony and dinner

Monday 2 November packing and farewells

There will be a published set of authenticity standards and all reenactors will have to abide by them.  Ditto Safety standards, ditto a chain of command. 

The Municipality of Marathon will be responsible for food, wine, and firewood, clean water, toilet facilities and showers.  The rest is up to you!

There will be a site fee per reenactor TBD.  Probably around 50 Euro for all the days.

All non-EU citizens should purchase Full Travel Insurance coverage and be prepared to show your insurance status.
